Time for sky high school!

He was getting ready to go on an adventure with one of the world's most famous outdoorsmen.
And it seems Zac Efron decided he needed a sky high schooling to get ready for his future travails, by jumping out of a plane.
The hunk is shown taking part in his first ever skydive in a new Instagram video detailing how he endeavoured to toughen himself up for his forthcoming expedition
And he seems to have a great time, despite his initial nerves, with a picture showing him grinning at a camera as he was assisted by two experienced instructors.
Explaining his worries before going up, the High School Musical star said: 'What would you do if you were below 1,000 feet and you had no main parachute or a malfunction main parachute?
'Freak out, that's what I'd do.'
However he seemed to have overcome his nerves by the time he was up there, and indeed relished the thrill of it all as he leaped from the aircraft.
No doubt the experience held him in good stead, as Zac is shown flaunting his pigeon chest and rippling abs as he prepares to rappel off a mountain in the trailer for the series premiere of Running Wild with Bear Grylls.
Standing on top of a cliff alongside a waterfall, the Neighbors hunk and host Bear, 40, strip off their shirts, for reasons not immediately clear considering their tops would protect them from chastening, and put them in their backpacks in order to keep them dry.
'I can't believe how high this is,' the Neighbors star says while taking in the sweeping vista.
Zac and Bear slowly begin their descent down the side of the mountain as the camera angles to show them dangling midair with the sight of the waterfall crashing down below them.
Running Wild With Bear Grylls premieres July 28th on NBC.
